If no order number appears, the purchase wasn’t accepted. Please try again or contact us.

Contact us immediately; if the order hasn’t been processed yet we can assist you.
Can the company refuse an order?
Yes. We may refuse shipping to customers with outstanding debts or previous issues.

Which payment methods do you accept?
Cash on delivery (Italy only), PayPal, credit cards, Klarna, bank transfer in advance and PostePay top-up.
Is cash on delivery subject to extra fees?
No, it’s free for shipments within Italy and its islands.
When is the PayPal payment charged?
The amount is charged immediately upon order confirmation.
Can I pay by bank transfer?
Yes. We’ll email our bank details for payment once the order is confirmed.

We ship throughout Italy (including islands) and abroad.
How much does shipping cost?
Italy from €6.90 (free over €99). International from €15 (free over €499).
Which courier do you use?
We ship with GLS express courier.
How long does delivery take?
About 2 working days on average, excluding force-majeure delays.
Can I track my order?
Yes, a tracking link is emailed to you once the parcel is dispatched.
Who is liable for damage during transport?
Goods travel at the buyer’s risk. Any anomalies must be reported within 7 days.

Can I return a product?
Yes, within 14 days of receipt, according to Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005.
