Cash on delivery - By choosing cash on delivery, you will pay directly upon delivery of the package at no additional cost.

Wire transfer - If you choose to pay your order by bank transfer, we will wait until your payment has been credited to our bank. The bank details will be communicated to you at the end of the purchase procedure. Before reclaiming the order amount, we ask you to wait for our email confirming the availability of all the goods ordered (this is to avoid that the transfer amount is greater than the value of the goods ready and available to be shipped).

PayPal - In case of purchase through the PayPal payment method, at the conclusion of the order the Customer is directed to the PayPal login page. The amount relating to the order is debited from the PayPal account when the order is acquired. In case of cancellation of the order, both by the Customer and in the case of non-acceptance of e-tactical.store, the amount will be refunded to the customer's PayPal account.

KLARNA – Interest-free installment payments - When purchasing with Klarna, the Customer can select the interest-free installment option directly at checkout. Payment management is simple, transparent, and can be easily tracked through the Klarna app or via email. In case of order cancellation, either by the Customer or due to non-acceptance by e-tactical.store, any amount already paid will be refunded through Klarna according to the platform’s standard processing times.
