E-Tactical Store ships throughout Italy, including the Italian islands and abroad.
- Shipping costs to Italy and the Italian islands start from € 6.90 and vary in relation to the weight of the package. Shipping is free for orders over € 99.
- International shipping costs start from € 15.00 and vary according to the weight of the package. Shipping is free for orders over € 499.
The payment methods available are:
- Cash on Delivery (NO additional costs, Available only Italy and Italy islands)

Shipments will be made by GLS express courier. The purchased goods travel at the risk of the buyer, we are not responsible for damage caused by the GLS carrier.
All shipping costs are borne by the buyer even in the case of a return.
Cash on delivery - By choosing cash on delivery, you will pay directly upon delivery of the package at no additional cost.
Wire Transfer - If you choose to pay your order by bank transfer, we will wait until your payment has been credited to our bank. The bank details will be communicated to you at the end of the purchase procedure. Before reclaiming the order amount, we ask you to wait for our email confirming the availability of all the goods ordered (this is to avoid that the transfer amount is greater than the value of the goods ready and available to be shipped).
PayPal - In case of purchase through the PayPal payment method, at the conclusion of the order the Customer is directed to the PayPal login page. The amount relating to the order is debited from the PayPal account when the order is acquired. In case of cancellation of the order, both by the Customer and in the case of non-acceptance of e-tactical.store, the amount will be refunded to the customer's PayPal account.
Delivery Time - With "Delivery Time" we indicate the time between your order and the actual delivery of the package. The delivery time, purely indicative, is about 2 days from the date of receipt of the order, the same may be subject to changes due to force majeure or due to traffic conditions and traffic conditions in general or by an act of the Authorities (in this case you will be contacted for the arrival date).
Cost - With "Cost", we indicate the total cost of shipping the items. This cost is clearly indicated at the end of the purchase procedure.
Theft / Loss - In case of theft / loss certificate to be regularly reported, our company will refund only the goods purchased, shipping costs excluded.
