Return Policy

E-tactical.store recognizes the right of withdrawal as provided by the current legislation D.Lgsl. 206/2005. The useful term for availing of this right is 14 calendar days from the receipt of the goods within which the Customer is required to communicate it by registered letter with return receipt to the address:

In the letter requesting to exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to indicate the details of a bank account in the name of the customer who concluded the order to proceed with the refund of the amount due.

To exercise the right of withdrawal it is necessary that:

• • the Customer expresses his will to exercise the right of withdrawal in the manner described above;
  • the purchased good is intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including any documentation and accessory equipment: instruction manuals, etc ...). Return costs are charged to the customer himself.

Once the goods arrive at the Seller's warehouse, they will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not caused by transport.

After checking the integrity of the goods, the refund will be made by bank transfer or via PayPal no later than 14 days from receipt of the returned goods.

The Seller will refund the amount paid by you, including the costs of the first delivery (except for the additional costs deriving from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive for the standard delivery offered)
